A new structure integrating lightning arrester and insulator has been realized, and the product has the functions of insulation support and lightning protection.
Using large current ZnO resistors, the current performance is increased to 130kA, which is more than 50% higher than that of ordinary arresters, and the lightning tripping rate is significantly reduced. Taking Hunan as an example, compared with the lightning trip rate of 8.0 times/(100km•a) before the application, the lightning trip rate after the application of the 35kV line (without ground wire) is lower than 0.36 times/(100km•a).
The lightning protection section is equipped with protective devices. When the lightning current exceeds the design value, the protection device operates to effectively prevent the resistor from being damaged by lightning current and product damage.
